Leaks in Concrete

We define the technique of grouting to be: The introduction of "fluid" under pressure that will then set in order to fill voids that are inaccessible (for filling purposes) by traditional techniques. For Leak Sealing the technique is to block the fine water tracts with a very low viscosity chemical grout injected under pressures and then held under pressure to demonstrate a seal. Leaks through Piles

The passage of water through gaps between piles. The remedy is to 'stuff off' by grouting the gap between piles and if required provide in-situ, injected, external plug by way of shrouding.

Chemical Consolidation

The introduction of a grout whose viscosity is sufficiently low to enter interstices at pressures and rates that the parent/host material will allow without rupture or failure (fissuring.) The uses of chemical consolidation are numerous and based on the changing in nature of the sands and gravels by sticking all the particles together to form a near homogeneous impervious mass.
